Returns

  • Must be sent with return label provided by www.youronlinevapeshop.com

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective products purchased directly from www.youronlinevapeshop.com.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must report the issue within 15 days of receiving the product to be eligible for either a refund or store credit.

    How to Request

    Contact our customer service team at contact@youronlinevapeshop.com with your order number and a description of the issue our fill out the form on our returns page.

    Provide photos of the damaged or defective product, if applicable.

    Once your return or refund is approved, you will receive further instructions for returning the product or processing your refund/store credit.

    Important Notes

    Shipping costs incurred by the customer purchasing their own label will not be refunded or credited.

    Products sent back without labels sent from www.youronlinevapeshop.com will not be accepted.

    Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

    Store credit, if applicable, will be issued promptly after approval.
